Industry leading training and support
When you become a Talem Home Care franchise owner, you’ll be put through a minimum of 5 weeks of extensive training. This includes two weeks of hands-on training at our location, two weeks at your location, and a minimum of one week of self-study or instructor led education. What makes us different than other franchises? We offer unlimited ongoing support with no extra fees. Your success is paramount to us, so we don’t limit the amount of training or support you can get.
Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) ®
In addition to the training we provide, all franchisees will also become a Certified Senior Advisor ®. Franchisees will learn how to build effective relationships with older adults by developing broad-based knowledge of the health, social, financial, and legal issues that are important to them, and how these factors influence seniors’ lives.
Largest protected territories
Talem strives to offer 1-2 franchise territories per metro area, meaning our franchisees get access to a population size of 450,000-600,000 people. This not only offers more potential revenue opportunities, it also helps protect your brand name and reputation, while increasing access to referral sources and other important relationships to help you grow.

Support for multiple payer sources
We firmly believe that everyone deserves access to care. That’s why we work not only with private pay, but also with alternative payer sources not supported by other brands. These sources include Medicaid and the Veterans Aid and Attendance Program to ensure people at all income levels can access support.
